What is involved over 12 months? 

  • A minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 people per course in order to keep the course more personal.
  • Prior to starting the course there will be a questionaire to be filled out by each participant to learn about their businesses.
  • Each course will be bespoke to match the needs of those on the course.
  • An intense one day workshop covering all of the above areas with experts in the room.
  • The 1 day course includes welcome refreshments and pastries.
  • Mid morning refreshments
  • Sit down lunch
  • Afternoon refreshments
  • Workbooks

The workshop will consist of a mixture of presentations from the experts, breakout sessions and Q&A sessions – These workshops will be interactive in order to allow participants to get the most out of their day.

On the day of the workshop each person will commit to 3 to 5 items in each area that they will complete within the 12 month course with the support of “The support of The Companies Hub”.

After the one day workshop.

Weekly –Peer to Peer mentoring – Each week each group will go online for 1 hour with a Companies Hub mediator to discuss their weekly wins and challenges. Learning to support and learn from one another and creating a network. (Learning to network!)

Monthly – Once a month the group will choose two experts they would like to hear from and submit their questions on the fourth week the two experts will join the online forum to answer the questions and then open the floor up for further discussions.

6 month mark – Each participant will be contacted directly by a member of The Companies Hub to make sure each member is on track to reach their personal business goals. If they are off track the aim is to get the participant back on track.

12 month mark – You join The Companies Hub Alumni.
